Lincoln Associates is a manufacturer's representative specializing in HVAC&R for industrial and commercial applications. Since 1972, Lincoln Associates has combined quality products with quality engineering to become one of the industry's leading sellers of HVAC&R equipment. With over 10,000 applications installed and an experienced, diversified staff, we truly do sell solutions to problems.

Lincoln Associates has served the industry for over 35 years with an experienced staff of sales engineers holding degrees in mechanical and industrial engineering, business and marketing. We offer engineered solutions to industrial end users, design-build mechanical contractors, and architectural and engineering firms.

The lines represented include a full range of industrial grade heating, humidification, cooling and dehumidification products from direct-fired and indirect-fired makeup air units, to air turnover units and infrared heating systems. The industrial cooling lines include air cooled condensers, fluid coolers, evaporative coolers, water chillers and refrigeration products. We also specialize in replacement and custom coils, including fluid, DX, standard steam, steam distributing, condenser, heat reclaim, and more.  We can offer welded coils with ASME certification, as well as N-stamp and U-stamp to meet code requirements.  Our customary services include customized engineering with drawings, quality materials and workmanship, and consistent lead times. Our primary trade areas are Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, parts of the Carolinas, and the panhandle of Florida.
